Due to the perishable nature of our hand-baked goods, we are unable to accept returns; however, we are committed to ensuring you are delighted with your order. If your treats arrive damaged or do not meet our quality standards, please follow our resolution process below.
Return Process

Send an email to our support desk within 24 hours of receiving your delivery, including your order number and a brief description of the issue.
- 2.Provide Photo Evidence
Attach clear photographs of the packaging and the baked goods so our quality control team can assess the damage or error.
- 3.Quality Assessment
Our bakers will review your claim within 1-2 business days to determine if a replacement or a refund is appropriate based on our freshness guarantee.
- 4.Resolution
Once approved, we will either dispatch a fresh batch of treats to your address or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
